Join us in celebration of International Yoga Day for a special livestream Yoga session led by our partner yoga studio Synergy Yoga in South Beach.
Yoga is a practice that has spread throughout the world, promoting peace, proper function of the body and connectedness with the mind, body and soul. This year’s theme of the International Day of Yoga, “Yoga for well-being”, aims at focussing how yoga can promote the holistic health of every individual, which is at the core of our work at KIO Wellness and much relevant for our times in a society still recovering from the impact of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
Donations are welcomed, your donations will help us continue investing into hosting and supporting our partner studio's with FREE livestream wellness events to benefit all, especially those in need of more healing and wellness in there life!
